NCFE Core Training
Accredited through the NCFE,
in partnership with the Community and Local Government
This customised award was designed initially for Community Wardens; however its suitability has shown to be far reaching and has been extended to individuals who work within various communities. The award is generic and has been successfully tailored to suit different organisational needs. This five day, level 2, course provides candidates with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform work within communities in a professional and confident manner.
During the five days candidates will work to complete individual modules, as part of this, they will participate in group discussions and exercises, actively engage in problem solving activities and role play. To achieve the qualification candidates are required to complete module workbooks and reflection diaries. Individual modules can accredited and therefore mixed and matched in order to meet organisational and communities needs over a flexible time period.
