Empowerment Workshop

 

The Neighbourhood Training and Resource Centre, Yorkshire and The Humber have a range of new workshops which explore concepts such as Cohesion and Empowerment, linking their importance to central government policy. We are well placed to deliver workshops around the Yorkshire and Humber region to highlight the importance of bringing Government closer to people, passing power from Whitehall to local councils and direct to local communities.

8th Annual Regional Warden Conference for Yorkshire & The Humber (March 2010)
This conference was the 8th Annual Regional Warden Conference to be organised and facilitated by the Neighbourhood Training and Resource Centre. The aim of the day was to share best practice and knowledge, with key speakers and workshop facilitators from across the region. The Conference provides the opportunity for Community Wardens within Yorkshire & Humber to take away information, new contacts and hopefully helpful ideas that can assist warden schemes in providing best practice and continued partnership working.
