  • Increased positivity in working relationships
  • Inclusion of all affected leading to equality and respect

  • Flexibility
  • Empowerment for all involved

The NTRC have developed a three day training course designed to give an overview of Restorative Approaches in Action. This course will provide an understanding of the skills and language needed to apply a restorative approach, how it can be applied effectively to a wider audience and will also give an opportunity to practice applying RJ skills and knowledge to a conflict situation in a safe environment.

The course consists of four units –
  • Unit 1 – An overview of Restorative Justice
  • Unit 2 – Skills for a Restorative Justice approach
  • Unit 3 – Restorative approach to managing aggression
  • Unit 4 – Applying a restorative approach

This training course is aimed at anyone who deals with conflicts or disputes as part of their duties. RJ is increasingly being promoted and used by police, in educational settings and also in the work place.
