Conflict Management Training

This course is aimed at people who may face and would like to gain an understanding of conflict management. It explores how to recognise signs of conflict and the possible reasons for it. It also explores how using effective communication skills and a calm effective approach can be advantageous in dealing with both verbal and non verbal conflict.
 
The course is participatory and allows people to share their experiences and understandings of conflict management.
 
 
Aim:
 
To be proficient in dealing with verbal and non verbal conflict.
 
Objectives:
 
By the end of this module learners will be able to:
 
  • Demonstrate effective communication skills.
  • Recognise signs of conflict.
  • Demonstrate a calm and effective approach to conflict.
  • Recognise a conflict in the workplace.
