Providing Excellent Research For Organisations
The Research Team, based at the Hooper Building alongside the Neighbourhood Training and Resource Centre (NTRC), is a recent addition to the services provided by the Goodwin Development Trust. Currently it consists of two full time researchers who are investigating the implementation of restorative practice in the workplace and local schools. The present project is funded by the National Lottery and we are research partners with the Hull Institute for Restorative Practice and the Law Department at the University of Hull. The two researchers have considerable experience at designing, undertaking, writing and publishing both academic and public research projects. We have skills and experience to offer in the following areas areas:
· Experts at undertaking both qualitative and quantitative research
· Proven track record of publishing findings from research carried out
· Experienced at working in a variety of settings including both private and public sectors
· Existing research partnership with the University of Hull and full access to their resources
· Part of the NTRC with access to a variety of skilled professionals experienced in community project management
The research team at Goodwin is, therefore, a committed and experienced team who have existing connections with several professional organisations and who have access to a wide variety of resources. We are able to design, plan, implement and undertake a variety of research projects. Our experience allows us to offer research expertise to any organisation or public body who wish to learn more about a specific topic, and we can do this by employing a variety of proven research techniques. We can produce for the client clear written findings in several ways including academic publications or internal documents.
